Rules
and eligibility:

Customers will be eligible at the time of purchase to enter into the raffle if they purchase or rent at least $100.00 or more in textbooks and fill out a short survey at the Pierce bookstore during the period of 02/01/2013 to 03/27/2013.

Customers may enter as many times as they wish as long as it complies with rule 1 above.

The raffle ticket provided by the cashier shall be a reprint (duplicate) of the cash register receipt. Customer will fill out the name, student ID and phone number or email address on the receipt. All of the receipts will be folded before drawing so that all papers are approximately the same size.

Customers who order online will qualify to be entered and this will occur automatically.

If you return the books on the receipt and the amount of the receipt drops below $100.00, you will not qualify to win. All winning tickets will be matched against the returns to validate that the sale matched or exceeded $100.00.

Winners will be announced on March 27, at 7:00PM. The selected party does not have to be present to win. Only one iPad mini and one $250 Bookstore Gift Card will be raffled. The model iPad mini 16GB, Wi-Fi (white) MD531LL/A.

Two names will be selected from by a disinterested third party. The first name will be for the iPad mini the second name will be for the Gift card.

A second two names will be selected by a disinterested third party on the same date and time as the first selection. These will be immediately marked as the second pick and may be used if the first person selected cannot be reached.

The College reserves the right to cancel and to terminate this raffle at any time.
